Who is this training for?

This training is open to dedicated yoga practitioners who want to teach and those seeking a deeper understanding of yoga for personal growth. You do not need to be “advanced,” but you should have a consistent practice and a willingness to learn.

Do I need to want to teach?

No. Many students join to deepen their practice, gain confidence, and better understand yoga—teaching is optional, but the skills you gain apply on and off the mat.

What is the time commitment outside of class?

Is this a 200-hour Yoga Alliance approved training?

Yes. Upon successful completion, graduates are eligible to register as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.
What will I learn in this training?

You’ll study anatomy and biomechanics, intelligent sequencing, yoga philosophy, cueing, teaching methodology, and hands-on practice—designed to prepare you for real-world teaching.
Who are the lead trainers?

Expect homework, reading, and practice teaching between modules. Most students spend a few additional hours per week integrating the material.
How physically demanding is this training?
This training is challenging but sustainable. You’ll practice regularly, but the focus is on learning how to teach safely and intelligently—not on performing advanced postures.
What happens if I miss a session?
Because this is an immersive program, attendance is required. Any missed hours must be made up according to program guidelines to receive certification.

What certification will I receive?

Graduates receive a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate and are eligible to teach yoga classes upon completion.
