What do I need?

For each class you will need a yoga mat. We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes you can move around in and bring water and a towel. We have Mat Rentals and Towel Rentals available for a nominal fee, as well as bottled water for purchase. 

What should I expect?

Our classes are welcoming to all. Move at your own pace, ask questions, and enjoy your first class!
