You can book online through our website. Reservations are required, we do not provide walk-in availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Please allow a little extra time to arrive for your first appointment. Once you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a health intake form. This information is confidential and will only be seen by your massage therapist to ensure there are no contraindications for your session.

We are located inside of Project 7 Yoga. The parking lot is to the right of the building and street parking is also available.

We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a receipt for reimbursement if your plan allows.

Please provide 24 hours notice before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. The charge must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for check-in.
If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and result in a cancellation charge.
