Your Massage Questions, Answered

  • You can book online through our website. Reservations are required, we do not provide walk-in availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

  • Please allow a little extra time to arrive for your first appointment. Once you arrive, you will be asked to fill out a health intake form. This information is confidential and will only be seen by your massage therapist to ensure there are no contraindications for your session.

  • We are located inside of Project 7 Yoga. The parking lot is to the right of the building and street parking is also available.

  • We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.

    We do not accept insurance, but we can provide a receipt for reimbursement if your plan allows.

  • Please provide 24 hours notice before your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge. The charge must be paid before scheduling another appointment.

  • We recommend arriving a few minutes early to allow time for check-in.

    If you arrive late, your appointment will end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and result in a cancellation charge.

  • We gladly offer gift certificates for purchase in person only.
