Training Format

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training consists of:

  • 120 hours of in-person learning

  • 80 hours of online study

This format allows you to arrive prepared, embodied, and ready to connect - making every hour together intentional and impactful.

The in-person sessions deepen your understanding through asana labs, teaching practice, discussion, and mentorship. Guided online lessons in anatomy, philosophy, and reflection help you build a strong foundation at your convenience.

By the end of your training, you’ll understand 40+ foundational yoga postures, anatomy essentials, safe sequencing, cueing principles, and the professional skills needed to confidently lead a one-hour foundational Vinyasa Flow Yoga class.
