About Us
Project 7 Yoga opened in 2013 in the heart of Ivanhoe Village, downtown Orlando Florida. With an emphasis on safe and effective movement, breathing and meditation, Project 7 Yoga practices yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.

Ages 10+ welcome in Non-Heated classes with purchase of a regular class pass and with attendance of parent/guardian.
Ages 16+ welcome in Heated and Non-Heated classes with purchase of a regular class pass with attendance of parent/guardian.

Our studio is easily accessible from near and far. We are located in the beautiful Downtown Orlando Ivanhoe Village/Mills 50 District at 612 Virginia Drive Orlando, Florida 32803.
Parking: We have a dedicated parking lot on the right side of the building. Street parking is also available.
