Join Lisa McDonald RYT for a relaxing class for the mind and body. The first 45 minutes of the class will be focused on gentle, restorative stretching using various props. It is meant to relax the body before the second part of the class that will be focused on relaxing the mind through crystal bowl meditation. This class is great for all levels of practice from beginners to advanced. Students can bring their own props with them such as pillows or blankets and wear comfortable clothing meant for stretching.
