This 2 Hour workshop will move you through a sequence specifically created to prepare you for flight. We will spend time on increasing flexibility, mobility as well as strength exercises to aid you into a safe arm balance. Ann will be breaking down the steps to get you into crow pose as well as different variations of crow. Ann will work individually with students to troubleshoot what may be holding you back from your crow pose. Beginners welcome.
