How it works

All classes at Project 7 Yoga are on a walk-in first come, first serve basis. This means you do not need to sign up or pay online to save your spot in class. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before class to avoid the check in lines, especially if it is your first visit with us. Our classes tend to fill up, so the earlier you arrive, the more time we have to show you around and answer your questions. If you need a yoga mat, we offer Manduka Mat Rentals for a nominal fee. Towels are only available for purchase. We recommend you wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move around in.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

BEGINNER FRIENDLY, NO HEAT

  • GENTLE

Gentle Yoga follows a relaxed pace and a simple approach to yoga. This class is ideal for those who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. Enjoy a few standing and balancing poses followed by extended floor stretches and a guided relaxation. 

  • RESTORATIVE

Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Restorative Yoga is a gentle healing form of yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation. The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages – particularly those with chronic pain or limitations.

  • YIN DEEP STRETCH

Yin Yoga brings balance to an active lifestyle. Ideal for those who participate in rigorous exercise such as running, weight training, etc. or those who are looking for deep stretching without the sweat. Postures are held for approximately five minutes at a time, relaxing the muscle and creating a stretch of the connective tissues that form joints. Yin Yoga focuses primarily on the lower body through a variety of seated/floor postures.

  • FLOW & STRETCH

Ideal for those newer to yoga or looking for a slow paced class. Flow & Stretch Yoga begins with simple standing poses that strengthen the muscles, then moves to floor work providing a deep satisfactory stretch.

  • PRENATAL

Enter a supportive and peaceful environment to connect with yourself and your growing little one. Prenatal Yoga is designed specifically to help you learn yoga poses appropriate for pregnancy as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. No prior yoga experience needed. All mamas in all trimesters are welcome.

ALL LEVELS, HEATED

  • FLOW

The class vinyasa flow class features a mixture of strengthening standing and balancing poses, basic backbends and seated floor work. Flow Yoga is an all-levels moderately paced class in an 85F heated room. 

  • POWER

Power Yoga provides an aerobic, challenging class with options to go physically deeper into poses. This class emphasizes playfulness and a positive outlook when faced with challenging poses. Find your inner strength and sweat while doing it in a 90F heated room.

  • WAKE N BAKE

The perfect way to start your day! Some stretching opens the way to an invigorating practice of power yoga designed to build strength, flexibility and awareness.

  • HOT FUNDAMENTALS

Hot Fundamentals is designed specifically for those who are new to Hot Yoga. Learn how to practice classic yoga poses in a 100F heated room using proper alignment and breathing techniques. A great class for all levels. 

  • HOT FLOW

Hot Flow gets you moving and sweating through an invigorating flow of movement linked with the breath. Combining upper body strength, flexibility and cardio, this class is designed to energize the body in a 100F heated room.

  • HOT DETOX

Enjoy the benefits of Hot Yoga with a twist! Hot Detox incorporates twisting poses and deep breathing into a slow heated flow in a 100F heated room.
