How it works

All classes at Project 7 Yoga are on a walk-in first come, first serve basis. This means you do not need to sign up or pay online to save your spot in class. Please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes before class to avoid the check in lines, especially if it is your first visit with us. Our classes tend to fill up, so the earlier you arrive, the more time we have to show you around and answer your questions. If you need a yoga mat, we offer Manduka Mat Rentals for a nominal fee. Towels are only available for purchase. We recommend you wear comfortable, breathable clothing you can move around in.

ABOUT OUR CLASSES

BEGINNER FRIENDLY, NO HEAT

  • PURE RELAXATION & Candlelight Relaxation

Let stress and tension melt away and connect with a deep sense of peace and relaxation. Pure Relaxation features restorative yoga, a gentle healing form of yoga that is practiced with props to provide a supportive environment for total relaxation. The class is slow, deeply nurturing and suitable for all ages – particularly those with chronic pain or limitations.

  • DEEP STRETCH yin

Deep Stretch Yin brings balance to an active lifestyle. Ideal for those who participate in rigorous exercise such as running, weight training, crossfit, etc. or those who are looking for deep stretching without the sweat. Postures are held for approximately five minutes at a time, relaxing the muscle and creating a stretch of the connective tissues that form joints. Deep Stretch Yin focuses primarily on the lower body through a variety of seated/floor postures.

  • GENTLE FLOW

Gentle Flow follows a relaxed pace and a simple approach to yoga. This class is ideal for those who want a slower paced, less strenuous class. Enjoy a few standing and balancing poses followed by extended floor stretches and a guided relaxation. 

  • FLOW & STRETCH

Ideal for those newer to yoga or looking for a moderately paced class. Flow & Stretch Yoga begins with simple standing poses that strengthen the muscles, then moves to floor work providing a deep satisfactory stretch. 

  • FLOW

The class vinyasa flow class features a mixture of strengthening standing and balancing poses, basic backbends and seated floor work. Flow Yoga is an all-levels moderately paced class.

ALL LEVELS, HEATED

  • POWER

Power Yoga provides an aerobic, challenging class with options to go physically deeper into poses. This class emphasizes playfulness and a positive outlook when faced with challenging poses. Find your inner strength and sweat while practicing in a 90F heated room.

  • HOT FLOW FUNDAMENTALS

Hot Flow Fundamentals is designed specifically for those who are new to Hot Yoga. Learn how to practice classic yoga poses in a 100F heated room using proper alignment and breathing techniques. A great class for all levels. 

  • HOT FLOW

Hot Flow gets you moving and sweating through an invigorating flow of movement linked with the breath. Combining upper body strength, flexibility and moderate cardio, this class is designed to energize the body in a 100F heated room.

  • HOT DETOX

Enjoy the benefits of Hot Flow with a twist! Hot Detox incorporates twisting poses and deep breathing into a slow heated flow in a 100F heated room.

  •       PRENATAL GENTLE YOGA

This class is designed for women in any stage of pregnancy. This gentle yoga class is appropriate for those with little to no experience practicing yoga as you will be guided through simple stretches, stress reducing exercises and relaxation techniques. 

  •       Flow & GO YOGA (45 MINUTES)

This 6:30am - 7:15am Flow Yoga class is the perfect way to start your day! Light stretching leads to an energy building Flow Yoga practice appropriate for all levels. (No Heat)  

  •       Acro Yoga FUNDAMENTALS 

The Acro Yoga Fundamentals class is held monthly at 7:30pm. Please check the Events section for specific dates.

Acro Yoga is a community practice where two or more yogis work together to create shapes and flows in the air. It's a fun experience that often just feels like play! In this class, we will be exploring the foundational poses and movements of Acro Yoga, getting comfortable moving in the air and learning how to safely support one another. After the class, you are welcome to stay for some additional jam time to practice further. Individuals are welcome to come without a partner and first timers are encouraged to try out this class!
